- Membership is available to all customers at different tier levels with different benefits
- Members receive benefits such as up to 20% off all products, FREE entry into monthly giveaways and early access to selected products.
- Heaps More may update or change membership benefits and pricing at any time.
- Membership fees paid will not be refunded.
- You can cancel your membership at anytime.Cancellations take effect immediately, no refunds are offered if you cancel mid-billing cycle.
3. Ordering
- Orders are placed through the Heaps More website and confirmed once payment is received.
- Product availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative.
- You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are correct at checkout.
4. Payment
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
- We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout.
- All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Heaps More currently manages all shipping and delivery.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location, product type and courier availability.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or regional locations.
- Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the nominated address.
- Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Photos may be required to support your claim.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
- Change‑of‑mind returns are not available for food or perishable items.
- Unopened, non‑perishable items may be returned at our discretion. Return shipping may apply.
- Heaps More may decline a refund request if products have been misused, stored incorrectly or damaged after delivery.
7. Giveaways and Promotions
- Monthly giveaways are FREE to Heaps More Members.
- Prizes change each month and are listed on the Giveaway page.
- Winners are selected at random and contacted directly.
- Giveaway draws, date and time, are Sydney NSW Australia time.
- Additional free entry opportunities may be offered through Heaps More social channels.
- Heaps More reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
8. Product Information
- We work closely with small batch producers, but product details (ingredients, allergens, nutritional information) are provided by the makers.
- Always check product labels before consuming.

9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Heaps More website — including text, images, branding and design — is owned by Heaps More or used with permission of the owner.

- Heaps More is not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers, weather events or circumstances outside our control.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from misuse of products or incorrect storage after delivery.
