Heaps More connects you with the best small batch Australian producers and the independent retailers who champion them. We make it easy to shop locally, discover new favourites and support the people behind the products.

Do I need to be a member to shop?

No. Anyone can browse and shop. But members get up to 20% off every product, automatic FREE entry into monthly giveaways, and early access and great deals on new releases.

How does the monthly giveaway work?

Every month we offer a different Foodie prize. All members are automatically entered for FREE. This month’s prize is listed on our Giveaway page. Keep an eye on our socials for bonus free entry days and extra chances to win.

Who ships my order?

Right now, Heaps More handles all shipping. We work with trusted couriers to get your order to you quickly and safely.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is $15*, members pay less and Free on some levels, see more info.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier. Most orders arrive within standard courier timeframes. Regional areas may take a little longer.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out. We may ask for photos so we can fix the issue quickly.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Food and perishable items can’t be returned for change of mind. Unopened, non‑perishable items may be returned at our discretion. Return shipping fees may apply.

Where do the products come from?

All products come from Australian small batch makers, growers and artisan producers. We curate every brand to ensure quality, story and craft.

How do I become a member?

Just sign up - it’s FREE for the entry level, fast and gives you instant access to perks.

Are the member giveaways promotion or a raffle?

Heaps More offers promotional giveaways to our members, we do not operate or offer raffles, when you purchase a membership package you receive FREE entries upon purchasing an ongoing monthly membership. There is no cost to any promotional giveaway won. Heaps More delivers all giveaways at no cost to members.

Do I have to be over 18 to join Heaps More?

To participate in our promotional giveaway, members must be 18 or over. However, we do encourage members of all ages to engage in our communities online.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Absolutely. Please contact us via rewards@heapsmore.com.au and we will get it done for you.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can login and cancel anytime via your Account, navigation from the Dashboard to 'subscriptions', click Manage Subscription, and then hit Cancel. If you need helps with this please contact us via rewards@heapsmore.com.au and we will get it done for you.

Is the membership refunded?

No, cancellations take effect immediately, no refunds are offered if you cancel mid-billing cycle. Canceling your membership does not automatically remove you from the marketing communication; you will need to click the unsubscribe or login to yoru account.

How are the giveaways drawn? 

All of our giveaways are drawn randomly and livestreamed on our Social pages.

How do I know if I've won a giveaway?

We contact giveaway winners via phone call, text message and email.
